Will I receive proof that I took a session/class?
A digital Certificate of Completion is available upon request for all classes, and training sessions upon completion.
How often can we meet?
Consultations and Training clients may schedule up to 2x per week (with a minimum of 1x bi-weekly). Dog walking can occur up to 5x per week with additional walks upon request.
Are there any hidden fees? What payment methods do you accept?
We believe in transparency in our prices. That's why all our associated costs are available for each service right here on the website.
We accept direct IBAN transfer, Wise, Paypal, iDeal, or cash. For US only clients, we also accept Zelle.
What if I cannot afford your rates?
We offer sliding scale on many of our services and payment plans for all services. That way folks experiencing financial hardship (whether personal or systemic) are able to access our services.
What kinds of dogs do you work with?
We welcome all kinds of dogs; large and small, young and old. socialized or not. We specialize in dogs that need a little extra assistance, whether for anxiety or aggression or for other reasons.
What kind of bikes do you service?
A better question might be which bikes don't we service. We do not work with Urban Arrows or VanMoof bicycles. Some bicycles' needs are beyond our scope of knowledge, if that's the case we'll be in touch directly.
What Accessibility is available?
All Zoom sessions include live, auto-generated closed captions. We offer direct 1-1 support, please reach out if you have accessibility needs we can assist in accommodating.
What language are sessions held in?

This upgraded membership includes everything that you get with the QR Membership, plus a free quarterly tune up!By participating in preventative care for your bicycle you are more likely to avoid needing major repairs that put your bike out of commission for lengthy fixes. By scheduling your quarterly tune up, you choose when your bike is unavailable on your schedule. Plus, if there’s any repairs needed, we will do them on the spot and let you know if there are parts that may need repair soon so you can schedule the work at your convenience.
What is the €25 rule?

Puppy/Dog Training Basics
Training teaches pups and their humans how to listen and understand each other, and teaches pups how to be independent in their day-to-day lives. Basic cues include: sit, down, stay, off, and come.
Clicker and crate training are optional but strongly recommended
+ For puppies (2 years and younger) this training also includes name recognition, collar and harness wearing skills, and basic socialization training
Puppy Training Basics: 8 sessions for €128 (or pay-by-session: €17 each)
Dog Training Basics: 6 sessions for €90 (or pay-by-session: €16 each)

The Barking Intervention
Dogs have a lot to say and to share with us, though sometimes their barking does more harm than good. This training addresses the natural response dogs have to bark. We teach them about their voice and how to use it (and not use it).

1 hour in length (from arrival to departure)
Inclusive of a variety of training types (including but not limited to: environmental & socialization, 1-1 direct cue training, supervised practice with parents and family, and more)

Leash-Walking Skills
Choose between basic and advanced skills wherein dogs will learn everything about walking side-by-side with their human. In the basic course, we address pulling and lunging, and cues like "leave it," "back," and self-correction of ideal position. In advanced training we address not straying too far while off lead, perfecting the "come" cue for parks and off-leash hiking, pack-walk skills and more.
+ These trainings are invoiced per session and clients may take as many sessions as desired

Why "visits" instead of "walks"
Dogs are not 'one-size-fits all' so why should their walks be that? With visits, we can work with you and be flexible based on factors such as the weather, your schedule (such as having a busy week with less time for your pup), and others.
We also meet your dog where they're at on that day and in general. (Dog's that want to sniff but not do lots of walking, no problem. Dogs that want to move a lot, no problem!) We are flexible to your dog's individual needs and routines.
Dog's need more than just a pee break sometimes, with visits we engage with your dog outside the home (and inside) to help your dog meet all their needs (physical, social, cognitive, and behavioral)
A well rounded, wholesome, and connected dog is a happy dog.

Services for Cats
We offer 1-2 hour visits to spend time with your fluffy friends for feeding, playtime, and mild grooming such as brushing and nail clipping. For longer stays away, we also offer cleaning of your feline's and litterbox at no additional charge. Listed price is for up to 2 cats --- Cats: €25 per visit additional cats in the home? Not to worry, we offer care for additional cats for the flat rate of €9 per cat.
Transportation to and from our services or appointments (like groomer and vet). Price is determined by type of transport and distances starts at €5 per trip
