Are there any hidden fees? What payment methods do you accept?
We believe in transparency in our prices. That's why all our associated costs are available for each service right here on the website.
We accept direct IBAN transfer, iDeal, and Wise. Are you a US client, or do no other options work for you, then we can also accept PayPal on a case-by-case basis.
What if I cannot afford your rates?
We offer sliding scale on many of our services and payment plans for all services. That way folks experiencing financial hardship (whether personal or systemic) are able to access our services. We encourage you to work with us directly if you are experiencing financial hardship. No one should have to pick between caring for their dog and caring for themself.
What kind of bikes do you service?

Dog Training
1 hour in length (from arrival to departure)
Inclusive of a variety of training types, all designed to help your dog succeed in a positive learning environment
Flexible Scheduling
Puppy/Dog Training Basics
Training teaches pups and their humans how to listen and understand each other, and teaches pups how to be independent in their day-to-day lives. Basic cues include: sit, down, stay, off, and come.
Clicker and bench training are recommended
For puppiesa and new rescue dogs this training also includes name recognition, collar & harness wearing skills, and some socialization training
Adolescent Review Training
Adolescentb dogs will push your limits, test the boundaries, and 'talk back' but they also love using their brains, playing fun games, and engaging with their humans in positive ways. In this training we created the perfect space for your dog to review the basics as they grow into an adult.
Leash-Walking Training
Learning to walk on a leash is an important skill for dogs to have. This beginner training is accessible to dogs of all ages.
Advanced Walking Skills
In this advanced training we address helping dogs walk nearby while off lead, perfecting distance cues, and techniques for walking in packs, and more.
The Barking Intervention
Dogs have a lot to say and to share with us, though sometimes their barking does more harm than good. This training addresses the natural response dogs have to bark. We teach them about their voice and how to use it (and not use it).

Training Consultations
These consultations are to help you with specific questions about your dog. We can meet in person, but we can also meet via Zoom.
This is great for folks that are mostly good at working with their own dog, but have more than a few questions, or are stuck on something specifically. Most times, there is little to no 1-1 interaction between your dog and us.

Dog Visits (Walks)
We come to you for a 1-1 visit with your pup
All visits include time outside, rain or shine, in your neighborhood and time for your pup to complete their business.

Types of visits
Quick Outside 15-25 minutes: This is for dogs that just need to be "let out." We provide a short walk in a nearby part or letting your dog out for their business in a private space.
Enrichment Visit 30-50 minutes: For this visit we focus on more cognitive and sensory needs for your pup. Outside time may be focused more on sniffing, leisurely walks, people or bird walking. Jogging Enrichment Visits offer some light movement games and intervals for dogs that have a little more energy We cool down with all the same activities provided above. Inside time may focus on learning fun skills, cuddles, brushing, and find-it games.
Exercise Visit 45-70 minutes: For this type of visit we focus on getting more physical exercise. For all Exercise visits, your pup will have the opportunity to visit new places, move more, and engage in different textures. Jogging Exercise Visits offer more intense interval training, longer stretches, and faster speeds. We will also cool down with the same activities provided above. Inside activities may include full-body physical training games and food-focused cognitive learning.

Daycare
Care for more than an hour?
Sometimes dogs need a little more 1-1 care aside from a walk in the middle of the day. Daycare takes place at your home (up to 6 hours) or in the home of De Fiets- en Hondenstop (up to 8 hours) of care between 7:00 and 19:00.Dogs that use this service tend to be puppies, who cannot be left alone for more than an hour or two; dogs with separation anxiety or who bark excessively when alone.Daycare includes 1 longer walk (up to an hour), and a few shorter "pee breaks" during the time. We also include playtime, basic training practice, and meals. Other services (such as light grooming, transportation to and from appointments, and feeding) are available upon request.The sliding scale for Daycare is between €25 and €35 per day

Pet Visits
Pet Visits are great for dogs that need a little bit of care, but don't need a full day, and probably don't want to go for a long walk.
Do you need someone to come care for your dog multiple times per day, and for care up to 1 hour? Pet Visits encompass feeding, transportation to and from other appointments, and playtime inside. Unless otherwise negotiated, Pet Visits do not include walks for your dog, though we will always let your dog into the garden if available.
Pet visits are €10 per 15 minutes
Services for Cats
We offer 1-2 hour visits to spend time with your fluffy friends for feeding, playtime, and mild grooming such as brushing and nail clipping. For longer stays away, we also offer cleaning of your feline's and litterbox at no additional charge. Listed price is for up to 2 cats --- Cats: €25 per visit additional cats in the home? Not to worry, we offer care for additional cats for the flat rate of €9 for each additional cat.
